HJ-05 (VISOR) RATCHET SYSTEM

1. Ensure that the locking arm is in the open position.

 
 

2. Align the visor with the base-plate channel. The visor should be in an open or upwards position for proper alignment. The visor should slide within the base-plate channel to a full stop. Close the locking arm before rotating the visor to the closed position.

 
  3. Push the visor downward to the full close position. The lower edge of the visor side plate should align with the helmet shell.
